CV3 Hockey Development
Philosophy
At CV3 Hockey Development, we’re not chasing trophies—we’re building players. Every rep, every drill, every session is designed to develop skills, habits, and hockey IQ that last far beyond a single season.
And just as important—we make sure the game stays fun. For young players, hockey shouldn’t feel like a job. When athletes enjoy the process, they stay motivated, avoid burnout, and develop a true love for the game.
But we’re not just building better hockey players—we’re building better people. We value respect, integrity, sportsmanship, and accountability. Players who are coachable, great teammates, and carry themselves the right way on and off the ice.
Because when you focus on real development—and keep the joy in the game—the banners take care of themselves.
Trust the process. Invest in the work. Love the game. 🏒🔥

"They call it coaching, but it is teaching. You do not just tell them...you show them the reasons." -Vince Lombardi
"The most important thing is to try and inspire people so that they can be great at whatever they want to do." -Kobe Bryant
To Students:
I am a teacher; but coaching hockey is my biggest passion. My greatest joy is watching my players' growth over time. They may struggle at first, but with the proper support, perseverence always leads to improvement and success. This is the true definition of development; pushing beyond your comfort zone, past what you think you're capable of, and realizing your full potential. Most importantly, I find creative ways to help my players have fun along the way. I foster their love of the game and maturity as hockey players by challenging them to push the bar forward and reinforce their confidence in their abilities.
I look forward to helping your hockey players advance in the sport they love.
To Parents:
Thank you for trusting me to develop your child with the great game of hockey. Your selfless sacrifices to support your child’s hopes and dreams do not go unnoticed. Without your support and alliance, I could not do what I do.
